A 41-year-old male Indian patient was admitted to our hospital due to refractory congestive heart failure. The patient received a left ventricular assist device (LVAD) as destination therapy. The images show the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative echocardiography findings [Figure 1],[Figure 2],[Figure 3],[Figure 4],[Figure 5].
