Coronary artery fistula (CAF) is a rare coronary anomaly. CAFs are usually asymptomatic and often detected incidentally during cardiac catheterization. Percutaneous closure and surgical ligation are the treatment options. Although there are many case reports of percutaneous closure of CAFs, but transradial approach have been reported in only one case. The pictures above shows closure thru the transradial approach.
